It’s not often that I take the time to write a review. I only wish that I could give more than a 5-Star review. I had the absolute best experience with Midwest Building Solutions. My roof was 21 years old & had been through a number of hail incidents. I knew that it needed replacement but frankly I didn’t want to deal with the Insurance Company or the hassle of having the work performed. Luis & his team were wonderful. They handled all the communication with the Insurance company & even the Bank. The crew worked from Sunrise to well past sunset. I’ve never been more impressed. My roof looks great & I know the work has increased the property value. These guys are great!!!

We recently had the opportunity to work with Rob and Austin to replace our old roof and gutters. Austin coordinated everything with our insurance company providing documentation and following up on additional requests for information. Rob's team did a great job on installation. The worksite was left very clean and free of debris. They both checked in and made sure all was going well through the process. We are very happy with the finished product and we highly recommend Rob's team to get the job done.

We had some roof damage after a storm and searched for a reputable contractor. Through Facebook, Midwest Building Solutions came very highly recommended! Then, I was contacted by Ralph directly through messenger, as he saw his company tagged in the post. He was very friendly, accommodating and agreed to come out immediately for a free estimate, which was greatly appreciated! Rob and Ralph both came out and discussed our options. I never felt pressured to follow through with their company, but appreciated the time and care they put into helping us with the new roof. In addition the inspection was so thorough that there were more things that had been damaged, and they were very honest about it all up front! They worked with our insurance and the roof was fixed swiftly and it has been great ever since! I greatly appreciate them for all their help and hard work, plus personability! Let tell you when I say Midwest Building Solutions not only promises, they actually follow through on the delivery, I’m not lying!!! I had the pleasure of working with Rob on my claim. I had filed multiple insurance claims on my roof/siding in the past from different sales rep that would come to my door and promise the world, but every claim was denied and then they were nowhere to be found! Until I met Rob! He was honest and upfront about the process and didn’t sugar coat it. State Farm initially tried to deny my claim again as they had with 4 prior claims in the past. But like the others, Rob didn’t stop there! He fought on my behalf and was able to get the denial overturned into a FULL APPROVAL. We went from $0 to almost a $70k approval. Not only was my roof/siding approved but Rob was able to get them to cover a few other things like gutters, window wraps and garage doors that I had no idea they would even cover! If I could give 6 starts I would!!!

Rob was able to come out and survey our roof after a storm and found significant damage. He worked the claim through with our insurance carrier from start to finish, including explaining the extent of damage and work that needed to be completed to get our roof back in tip-top shape.
